HECS was built to reduce friction in lifestyle interventions for conventional medicine. I led product discovery with 30+ health professionals, resulting in a validated need in primary care. I oversaw MVP design, live pilot execution, and initial customer onboarding, positioning HECS as a clinical decision support tool.

I created a Now–Next–Later roadmap to align my team around priorities and timelines. It clarified immediate deliverables, upcoming features, and long-term goals, improving transparency and decision-making across design, development, and stakeholder discussions.
