HECS was built to reduce friction in lifestyle interventions for conventional medicine. I led product discovery with 30+ health professionals, resulting in a validated need in primary care. I oversaw MVP design, live pilot execution, and initial customer onboarding, positioning HECS as a clinical decision support tool.

It translates patient data into structured metrics aligned with ICD-10 diagnostic codes and CPT preventive screening codes, giving providers both clinical insight and reimbursement pathways.
