Reflecta is a native app that gives patients structured space to reflect between sessions, strengthening the therapeutic process. Users can journal freely, receive optional AI-powered summaries, and choose to share insights directly with their therapist. The app is designed to reduce gaps in care and deepen therapist-patient connection.
